Join us in building a neighborhood-level strategy for resilience rooted in equity and cultural preservation. Frontline community members who are impacted by environmental and climate inequities should be at the forefront of the conversation, planning, decision-making, and implementation.
Community assemblies are a participatory democratic process that gathers people to articulate community needs, share-out solutions, and plan for action with a focus on those furthest from economic well-being. You are experts in the community that you live in, and your voice will be crucial in discussing what climate resilience should look like in your neighborhood.
