  • We’re glad you’re here! Facing foreclosure can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This free workshop provides clear, practical information to help homeowners understand their options and take action with confidence.

    We’ll explain what foreclosure is, why it happens, and the warning signs homeowners should never ignore. Participants will also learn about Washington State’s foreclosure process, borrower rights, and risks tied to HOA/COA assessments and unpaid property taxes.

    You’ll also be introduced to housing counseling resources and key protections under the Washington State Foreclosure Fairness Act, including opportunities for mediation with lenders.

    Workshop Details:

    • 4th Tuesday of Each Month (unless otherwise noted)
    • Choose a time: 12:00 PM or 6:00 PM
    • Free Virtual Workshop via Zoom (a link will be sent 24-48 hours prior to class)

    • ULMS mortgage assistance, foreclosure prevention, and mediation counseling services
