We’ll explain what foreclosure is, why it happens, and the warning signs homeowners should never ignore. Participants will also learn about Washington State’s foreclosure process, borrower rights, and risks tied to HOA/COA assessments and unpaid property taxes.
You’ll also be introduced to housing counseling resources and key protections under the Washington State Foreclosure Fairness Act, including opportunities for mediation with lenders.
