For over 95 years, the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle (ULMS) has been a cornerstone of equity, empowerment, and economic opportunity for African American and underserved communities across the Pacific Northwest.

As we plan our 2026 Signature Events, ULMS is seeking exceptional vendors and partners who share our commitment to excellence, community impact, and culturally rooted experiences.

Our events bring together thousands of community members, corporate partners, civic leaders, and supporters, and offer meaningful opportunities to collaborate on programming that reflects and supports the communities we serve.

Vendor opportunities may include, but are not limited to, food and beverage, retail and merchandise, media production, design and creative services, event production, and other community-based businesses.

Following strong interest from the community, ULMS has reopened this vendor interest application to welcome additional businesses and partners who recently discovered the opportunity and would like to be considered for upcoming 2026 events.

This form allows us to learn more about your offerings, availability, and pricing so we can explore potential alignment across our 2026 events.

These signature events represent the pinnacle of our annual programming and provide high-visibility partnership opportunities with Seattle’s most influential corporate, civic, and philanthropic leaders.

Early submissions are encouraged and may allow time for follow-up conversations. All applicants will be notified of our decision by July 13, 2026, regardless of submission date.

Please note: Submission of this form does not guarantee selection. Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle Events team. Selected vendors will receive an email follow-up from our Events Manager with next steps and participation details.
