  • Connections is a 1-year afterschool program that helps create a more inclusive and welcoming school community at Garfield High School.

    ✅ 100% FREE including x3 field trips & snacks at all weekly meetups.

    ✅ Earn 60 service learning hours by completing the program!

    You’ll take part in fun workshops and field trips while you make friends and build community.

    SPRING (Semester 2, 2025-2026)

    Program Orientation: TUES Feb 24, 4-6pm
    Weekly Meetups: TUES 4–6 PM

    3 SATURDAY Field Trips:

    March 7
    March 28
    May 2

    FALL (Semester 1, 2026-2027) OR 2026 SUMMER UNIVERSITY

    Attend regular check-ins (days/times TBD)
    Plan and lead student experiences, provide 1:1 peer support and/or be a peer leader for the next Crew field trips and weekly meetups.
    Optional: Propose your own idea to support your peers!
