Thank you for your interest in the Summer University hosted by the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle!

This program is designed to keep high school students engaged and learning during the summer months to prevent summer learning loss. Programming is led by ULMS Education Department staff and certified teachers

Students enrolled in the program can expect to: 

• Engage in topics such as college and career readiness, STEM, youth and politics, and health and wellness, and more.
• Participate in various activities such as the Freshman Bridge Program, Shark Tank Business Challenge, Friday Field Trips.
• Receive a financial stipend at the completion of the program. 

Program Dates:

• Program Begins: July 1, 2024
• Program Ends: August 9, 2024

Class times for all Summer University cohorts will be held Monday through Friday from 9AM - 3PM. Doors open and breakfast will be available each day beginning at 8:30AM.
