Join us for a Saturday of Hope, Healing, and Wellness! Our goal is to educate, inspire each other to focus on creating healthy lifestyles, and center community building!
We'll have self-care stations, raffles, health screening, nutrition and cooking workshops, group fitness, guest speakers, small bites, and more!
