Thank you for your interest in joining ULMS for our upcoming 2023 Summer Resource Festival! The purpose of this event is to provide those we serve with a one-stop-shop opportunity to access important community resources, support local small businesses, enjoy family fun activities, & more!

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?

To ensure we have a successful and impactful community event, we are looking for a variety of vendors, including (but not limited to) community resources, on-site services, Black-owned businesses, food, and MORE! We’d love to learn more about your business or organization to see if we can accommodate you as an official vendor for the festival. All interest forms must be submitted by July 31, 2023.

 

DEADLINES:

There is a limited number of vendor spots available. Completing this form indicates your interest but does not guarantee your spot. If you are selected as an event vendor we will notify you of your acceptance by August 4, 2023. If selected, you will have until August 11, 2023 to submit your vendor registration or community resource registration fee.

FEES: All community partners and anticipated vendors will be required to submit a registration fee to secure space at the event and participate. Businesses are required to pay $250 and community organizations will be required to pay $100 once confirmed. Any businesses or organizations who do not submit registration fees upon selection notification will forfeit their space at the event.

Registration fees are non-refundable. 

• The event begins at 11:00AM.
• Our targetted community attendance will be 1,000 attendees, but please prepare for as many guests are feasible for you.
• Vendors should arrive at 9:30AM to begin setting up their designated space.
• ULMS will provide food for all vendors.
• 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor. Additional tables and chairs may be available upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own.
• Canopies will not be provided. Please prepare to bring your own, if needed.
• The event is scheduled to end at 5:00PM. Please anticipate bringing any clean up supplies you may need for your designated space with you.
• If you run out of materials before the events ends you are welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the activities or leave early.
• Any proceeds you make during the event are 100% yours to keep. We will do our best to ensure all guests are aware of your products or services on event day!!
• All businesses/organizations who meet the criteria will be added to the Urban League's Black Business Directory.
